Dear Mona, Silvia and Gabriela,
Welcome to the “Give Family”. It is a pleasure to have the company of such nice Romanian Women.
I think you can give a very good contribution with your feelings and ideas. About all we have written I can see you share a lot of my “ours” ideals for a better world to the Seniors.
I hope we can join our efforts to promote the intergerational relationship between Seniors and Young People.
As we never came to Porto-Portugal I expect to be your host and guide to discover my “beautiful town”.
I wish all of you a Happy New Year,
Pedro Pimenta – Portugal

Hello to you all,
I’m Adriana Felicia, but friends call me Nona.
I’m involved in activities of Cultural Horizon T.
I like our actions building a bridge between seniors’ volunteers over the European countries. I’m very glad to meet you here.
Yes, it is lovely to be involved in Give project. Congratulations!
It offers the possibility to develop personal and professional skills, to work in a team, and to learn about the challenges and opportunities of development in our interconnected world.
The Volunteer Program builds trust and respect helping us to work together, to make a real difference for people in need of assistance in order to have a normal meaningful life in spite of mistakes they made, health problems or socio-economical misfortune.
A senior’s lifestyle can be impacted by widowhood, illness, disability.
Together we can find out new options, we can find out new resources, and adults seniors can reach out to others in the community with the same challenges.
I heard people are very optimist and friendly, that Porto is a very beautiful town, I never visited Portugal, I hope to.
I wish you all the best for the new year !

Dear Friends,
A New Year is arriving. It is time to reflect what we have done and, most of all, to choose “Our Goals” for the future.
It is time “To Face the Fears, To Live the Dreams.”. I wish all of you can find the strong to leave the Fears and to achieve your Dreams. With the magic word “LOVE” you can turn your “Dreams” in “Reality”. Don’t be afraid it is always Time to Change.
I wish All of You a Happy New Year full of New Activities.
Pedro Pimenta
This blog will be a meeting point for all participants of our GIVE Project.
Please feel free to present yourselves, share your ideas, publicize information, or just express your daily feelings, before we meet together at Craiova – Romenia.
I hope this can be the beginning of a very successful partner-friendship.
Teresa
